- 2 cups almonds
- 4 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Dry roast the almonds until they turn crispy and fragrant. If using an oven, evenly spread the almonds on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and toast for about 10 mins at 200 ° C.
2. Allow it to cool. Once cooled, transfer it to a mixer jar or food processor and pulse it for a few seconds till it becomes a coarse powder.
3. Add the honey, salt and cinnamon powder and grind again for another 15- 20 mins till a buttery consistency is reached.
4. Transfer the contents to an airtight jar. Consume fresh or store it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
